How long does it take to make my order?
It depends on what you ordered. Most drinkware — tumblers, beer glasses, flasks, mugs — is in stock and engraved the same day. Orders like those ship in 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items (personalised products where the blank isn't stocked in-house) take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. If you're bringing in your own cup for engraving, most jobs are done same day or next day. When in doubt, message us and we'll give you a straight answer.
Can you put anything on it?
Pretty much. We can engrave names, dates, lake names, logos, photos, custom text, and original artwork. If you have a specific idea, send it over — we'll tell you if it's doable. The main limits are physical: very fine detail on curved surfaces can be tricky, and some materials don't engrave as cleanly as others. We'll flag anything like that before we start.
What file format do you need for a custom design?
Vector files work best — .ai, .eps, or .svg. High-resolution .png or .jpg files (300 dpi or better) also work for most projects. If you've got a phone photo of a sketch or a logo pulled from a website, send it anyway — we'll let you know if it's usable or if we need something cleaner.
Do you do corporate and bulk orders?
Yes. We do corporate gifts, event swag, staff awards, and large runs for businesses across BC and beyond. Forestry companies, hotels, restaurants, sports organisations, mining camps — we've worked with all of them. Pricing scales with quantity. Contact us with what you need and we'll put together a quote.
Can I engrave my own cup?
Yes — bring it in. We engrave customer-supplied drinkware all the time. Stainless steel, glass, ceramic, wood. Drop by the shop or contact us first if you want to confirm your item will work. Most jobs are done same day or next day.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship Canada-wide. Domestic shipping is typically 1–3 business days once your order is ready. For stocked items engraved same day, your order can be at your door in as little as 2 business days total.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. We're in Prince George, BC. Local pickup is available — just let us know when you place your order or reach out to arrange it. We'll have it ready for you.
What lakes can you put on a crib board or lake map?
Any lake in Canada. Stuart, Babine, Cluculz, Francois, Purden, McLeod, Okanagan, the Great Lakes — if it's on a map, we can put it on a board. Tell us the lake name and province when you order and we'll handle the rest.
How do I place a custom order?
The easiest way is to use the Custom Order form on our site. You can also call us at 250-962-0322 or message us through the Contact page. Include what you want, the personalisation details (names, dates, lake, etc.), and any files or reference images. We'll confirm details and turnaround before we start.
What materials do you work with?
Wood, steel, glass, ceramic, stainless steel, acrylic, and more. Our laser handles engraving and UV printing on most flat and curved surfaces. Our plasma cutter handles custom steel work — signs, fire pits, brackets, and structural pieces. If you're not sure whether your material works, ask.
Do you make fire pits?
Yes. Custom plasma-cut steel fire pits — any size, any design. We cut the panels, you assemble and bolt them up. Popular designs include animals, landscapes, local BC themes, and logos. Contact us with your design idea and we'll work up a quote.
What's your return and refund policy?
Because everything we make is personalised, we don't accept returns on custom orders unless there's a defect or we made an error. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you approved, contact us right away and we'll make it right. For non-custom items, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Can you match a logo or design I already have?
Yes. Send us your existing logo or design file and we'll use it. We work with business logos, sports team marks, club crests, and custom artwork regularly. A vector file is ideal, but we can often work from a high-resolution image. We'll confirm fit before we start production.
