Everything at Northern Hart Designs is made by hand in our Prince George, BC shop. Because most of our products are laser-engraved, UV-printed, or fabricated to order, your item ships after it's been made — not from a warehouse.
Most orders are ready to ship within 2–5 business days. Custom and personalised orders (engraving, custom sizing, special requests) fall within the same window unless we contact you otherwise. During peak seasons — Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day — lead times may be slightly longer. We'll always let you know if your order will take longer than expected.
We ship across Canada and the United States via Canada Post. You'll see available shipping options and rates at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method you choose, and the size and weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for those.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If you're outside these regions and interested in our products, reach out and we'll see what we can arrange.
For US orders, customs and import duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping costs.
